Targeting the worlds largest king salmon on the fly is a right of passage for any serious spey angler. This camp is built in the heart of the best fishing on the river allowing you to walk to the best runs right from your very own tent cabin. This is akin to travelling the world for trophy hunts, and if you like hard pulling jurrasic sized salmon put this on your bucketlist.
Very few lodges in North America have invested the time or money to set up a 2 week season based on targeting one of the last runs of truly giant king salmon on the fly. When these dinosaurs swim by you while rolling on the surface on each and every tide, you will soon learn the spey fishing equivalent of buck fever. We have hand picked this as the finest river in the world to catch truly giant, trophy, wild king salmon on the fly. There is no other river with fish this big that will come to a swung fly. With the purchase of very special and unique rod days on this secret system, we can offer an experience that cannot be matched anywhere else on the west coast. As always our primary focus is on smaller, fly-in systems that have prolific King salmon runs. This river is exactly that.
This is 6 days of fishing and 6 nights. With a very limited number of rod days this trip is only available to 8 anglers a year. You will spend 5 full days at our Tyee River Camp fishing as much as you like each and every day. The 6th day is spent targeting steelhead on the lower section of famed Skeena river as the fish roll in daily on the tides. This combination is a spey fishermans dream and only available 2 weeks every calendar year.
Our camp is made as comfortable as possible, and considering how truly remote it is we know your expectations will be exceeded. Contact us to get on a waiting for next year (this fishery is not to be missed).
