With many years of restaurant experience, she has worked in bartending, management, serving and wine pairing. Lindsay possesses many relevant accreditations for food safety and culinary handling and even an environmental studies degree making a remote setting like Basecamp second nature. A Smithers resident, she now calls BC home.
