Damien grew up in Switzerland, right in the center of the Alps. He has been fishing the alpine lakes of Switzerland since a young age with his Grandpa, “Pie” and his Brother, “Max”. In 2007, he moved to Canada and shortly after felt the need to be back on the water. Since then, he has been perfecting the art of angling and loves to share it with others. Truly passionate about adventure, and fly-fishing, you will find Damien on the water most of the year, either guiding or fishing for pleasure somewhere around BC. Fishing is more than just catching a fish but truly a way of living and learning about yourself, nature, and the fishery.
Damien lives in Whistler, BC with his wife Sam and guides from the Bulkley Valley to Squamish and gets outside as much as he can.
